Our Commitment
Each Peregrina piece is handmade and carefully inspected before it leaves our studio. Because our garments are handmade in small batches, we do not offer returns for refund.
Exchanges
If your piece arrives damaged or does not fit as you hoped, please contact us at sales.peregrina@gmail.com within 7 days of delivery. We are happy to arrange an exchange or provide store credit once your original item has been received and approved.
Exchange Approval
Exchanges are accepted at our discretion. Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition with all packaging intact. If an item shows signs of wear, washing, damage, or alteration, we may decline the exchange or offer partial store credit instead.
Sale & Custom Items
All sale items and custom orders are final sale and not eligible for exchange.
